    Frequently asked questions

    Do you offer internships?

    Yes — six structured 3-month internship tracks across Laravel, Android, Flutter, Web, UI/UX and Digital Marketing. Stipend included; top performers get a pre-placement offer.

    Can freshers apply?

    Absolutely. Many of our senior engineers joined as freshers or interns. We hire for fundamentals and attitude — not just experience.

    Do you provide remote jobs?

    Yes for selected roles (clearly tagged "Remote"). Most roles are hybrid — Pune-based with 2–3 days in office.

    What technologies do you use?

    Laravel, PHP, Java, Kotlin, Flutter, React, Vue, Node.js, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS, Firebase and more. Each role lists the specific stack.

    How long is the recruitment process?

    Typically 2–3 weeks from application to offer letter. We respect your time and avoid unnecessary rounds.

    How will I know my application status?

    You'll receive automated status updates by email. For shortlisted candidates, a recruiter will reach out personally within 5 business days.

    Do you provide training?

    Yes. Every new joiner gets 30 days of structured onboarding plus an ongoing personal growth plan reviewed quarterly. Certifications are reimbursed.
